New regulations for Further Education Teachers and Principals

These regulations cover Further Education Teachers and Principals and come into force on 1 September

The regulations take forward the proposals to enhance FE leadership and workforce development announced in Further Education: Raising Skills, Improving Life Chances (2006). Guidance is attached on each of the three sets of Regulations.
